Quality Policy
Corestone Development Group (Pty) Ltd commits to delivering property development, construction, renovation and maintenance work that meets the agreed specification, the applicable Namibian building standards and our clients’ expectations.
Last updated October 2026
Our commitments
Quality — materials, methods and workmanship are specified and verified against the approved drawings and bill of quantities, never left to chance.
Integrity — transparent pricing, documented variations and honest progress reporting for the full duration of the project.
Excellence — sequenced trades, protected work and detailed finishing inspections before any area is signed off.
Lasting value — structures, coatings and services selected for the Namibian climate and for long-term durability.
How quality is controlled
Every project is planned with a costed scope, a programme and named responsibility for each work package before construction starts.
Site supervision checks structural work, services and finishes at defined hold points, and records snags for close-out before handover.
Materials are sourced from established suppliers and inspected on delivery for conformity with the specified standard.
Safety and compliance
Work is carried out to the requirements of the Namibian Construction Industries Federation guidance, the Labour Act and applicable municipal regulations.
Site teams are briefed on hazards, use appropriate protective equipment, and report incidents immediately for corrective action.
Client feedback and improvement
Post-handover feedback is reviewed by management and used to adjust methods, suppliers and training for future projects.
Any defect reported within the agreed defects period is attended to as a priority.
Continuous improvement
This policy is reviewed regularly and communicated to every member of the Corestone team. Responsibility for quality rests with management and is shared by every person on site.
