Enquiries, drawings and applications are visible only to authorised Corestone Development Group (Pty) Ltd administrators through a protected internal console.

Uploaded drawings, CVs and certificates are stored privately. They are never published on this website and are only issued through time-limited access links to authorised administrators.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with team members and contracted professionals who need it to quote for or deliver your project.

Records are retained for as long as needed for the enquiry, project or legal record-keeping, and are then removed.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete an enquiry or application you submitted.
